To celebrate The He Ain’t Heavy Tenth anniversary, Join the band at The Camden Assembly on the 22nd December. Featuring many of the original singers and an eight piece band, the event will be a charity performance.
To raise awareness of The Pan African Book Foundation which is a Tanzanian based charity distributing teaching resources throughout the country, the band will be performing a mixture of songs from their 2012 collection. With some songs alerted to be more fitting for the Christmas season, the eight piece band will perform the likes of “Christmas Lie?”, Gospel classic “Baby Born Today” and “Go Where I send thee”. Adding to the Christmas spirit, songs such as “Put a Little Love” and “Love Me Still” will be performed.
