On Wednesday, 15 January and Thursday, 16 January 2025, the doors at the Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith will open at 7pm for two exclusive performances. The show will start at 7.30pm, and tickets are priced at £27.50 (£25 concession). A Night to Remember Tim O’Brien is a household name in the world of acoustic music, captivating audiences for over five decades with his unique fusion of folk, bluegrass, blues, and Celtic influences.
With collaborations with legendary artists like Mark Knopfler and Steve Earle, O’Brien’s extensive catalogue includes acclaimed albums such as Red on Blonde, Fiddler’s Green (Grammy winner), and The Crossing. His songs have been recorded by renowned artists like Garth Brooks and the Dixie Chicks. Sharing the stage with O’Brien is his wife Jan Fabricius, a talented singer and mandolinist. Her harmonies and co-written songs add a special touch to O’Brien’s recent albums, He Walked On and Cup of Sugar. He has worked with prominent artists and bands, including his time with Altan.
